After my mother died, Cynthia Linden Rubin contacted me and we reconnected. We had initially met at Bagley School, then into Mumford. She and her husband maintained correspondence. When I returned back to California--what a coincidence! Unbeknownst to either of us, Mr. Rubin and my husband had worked at the same company in Silver Spring, Maryland. Charlotte Swartz Ashley
