I knew Judy from elementary school at Bagley.  We were friendly through high school and continueed our friendship when she married Mel. She always had a pleasant smile, a pleasing personality,  and was  a wonderful conversationist.  Althogh I haven't seen her in years,  I was saddened by this loss.  My condolences to her family.

Judy and I kept in touch over the years. Over the past several years we exchanged opinions concerning events in Israel. We had much in common concerning the situation in Israel. She will be missed.  May her memory be for a blessing.

I am so saddened to hear about Judith Cohen Goldstein passing away. We were good friends in high school and many years later we reconnected and I was able to get her a teaching job in Detroit at my school. Her classroom was right across from mine in a small portable building. She loved playing the guitar and singing many Jewish songs and folk music. After I retired she continued teaching and then fulfilled her dream of moving to Israel. We did keep in touch over Facebook. My sincere condolences to her brother, daughter, son, grandchildren and the rest of her family and friends. May her memory always be for a blessing.

I met Judith when I entered Mumford High School.  Being a fairly new arrival in Michigan I had no social contacts.  Judith welcomed me into her home and her circle of friends.  She was a kind, bright and  unique girl who was unselfish with her time and warmth.  We remained friends throughout high school.  I always admired her musical talents.  She followed her dream - so a life well lived.  My thoughts go out to her family.
