I can still picture the Zerry twins outside the Roselawn entrance of the Bagley School when they and my sister were in fifth grade (and we were fairly new to town and to the school). They were cute and sweet. The year I was in ninth grade at Post Junior High School and Nancy was nineteen, my friend and I decided to throw a boy/girl Christmastime party and we called Nancy to get ideas for boys (who attended a different school from ours) to add to our guest list. Nancy found a very nice boy, a brother of one of the Adler girls, to come to our party. Nancy got such a kick out of helping us out with this guest-finding endeavor! It worked out well and when I got to high school the next year, I saw more of the boy and the pal he brought along to the party. Nancy was a kind and gracious friend to my sister and me.
