60th Committee Dinner
JoAnn Weissman, Chairman of the Mumford Class of 1958 Reunion Committee,
coordinated the committees and worked basically from her home in Chapel Hill,
North Carolina, e-mailing, calling and receiving numerous calls for the past ten months.
A few times she came to Michigan and held committee meetings at the Birmingham
Community House and the Townsend Hotel.
The Chair Committees consisted of:

Jim Canner - Bloomberg/Tyner Memorial Presentation and
the deceased class
Eleanor Kudwitz - Sunday Brunch
Sue Salesin - Search/missing students
Paul Gold - Search/missing students
Dr. Michael Salesin - Computer
Dennis Frank - Treasurer - Bloomberg/Tyner Memorial Presentation
Barbara Blacher - Communications
Marsha Moss - Photographer/ mailings/Elementary School Liaison
Marilyn Rothschild - Decorations
Joan Druker - Program
Everyone worked hard in putting this reunion together. From getting hotel accommodations, searching for missing classmates, sending mailings out and gathering everyones e-mails and addresses and handling the accounting records.
The evening prior to the reunion, as a “thank you” for the hard work everyone put in, she invited all the committee chairs and their spouses for a lovely dinner at The Townsend Hotel
We all had a wonderful time and sincerely thank her for going above and beyond to show her appreciation.
