Alan and I shared more car rides than I can remember from and to U of M on Friday and then back again on Sunday evening. We became good friends those college days. He was a wonderful, kind and smart guy. I kept looking forward, each reunion, to seeing him and talking about the "old" days. Well, this makes me too sad to have to enter another classmates name to the memory list.
